Please issue a SEPARATE CHECK for each course you are enrolling in.

Institute for Research and Technology Transfer reserves the right to cancel a class due to lack of enrollment. A full refund will be issued for courses withdrawn by Farmingdale State / Institute for Research and Technology Transfer. Requests to withdraw from courses that are not cancelled by IRTT will be honored and a refund issued ONLY if received in writing by the Institute for Research and Technology Transfer ten (10) working days prior to the start of the applicant's class.
